Purchase Policies

At Eight Count Sport, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy below to ensure you understand our terms.

  • Pick-up in the office: 9 AM – 3 PM, Monday – Friday.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any issues caused by customer error. Please refer to our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

For swapping of sizing as long as the product has no issues caused by you and you cover shipping between yourself and eight count both ways, we will swap out sizes if applicable. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receiving your purchase, along with proof of the fault. To initiate a refund or exchange for a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in processing your claim promptly.
